Last updated: September 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the ApiSorcery service (the "Service") operated by Shanghai Keshan Technology Co., Ltd. ("ApiSorcery", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Read alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Subscription Terms, Data Processing Addendum, and Company Information.

1. The Service

ApiSorcery is an API code generation service that automatically generates typed client code (Dart, TypeScript for Flutter, Vue, React, Angular, Svelte, and others) from Swagger / OpenAPI specifications.

The Service is provided under a free tier and paid subscription plans. Feature availability by plan is described on the Pricing page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  • Notify us at support@apisorcery.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service, servers, or networks
  • Upload malicious code, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • Circumvent usage limits, seat limits, or plan restrictions
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Paid Subscriptions

5.1 Merchant of Record

Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

By purchasing a paid subscription on apisorcery.com, you enter into a purchase agreement with Paddle.com Market Limited in addition to these Terms. Paddle's terms apply to the purchase transaction.

For purchases on apisorcery.cn, Shanghai Keshan Technology Co., Ltd. is the seller of record and payments are processed via WeChat Pay.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on each renewal.

You may cancel at any time via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Full detail is in the Subscription Terms.

5.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will notify existing subscribers by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. Continued subscription past the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not accept, cancel before the effective date.

5.4 Taxes

Prices displayed are pre-tax. Paddle calculates and adds VAT, GST, or sales tax as required by your billing jurisdiction. The total shown at checkout is what you will be charged.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — 14-day refund window for first-time paid purchases (refund amount calculated by paid-credit usage), and case-by-case beyond that.

6. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where feasible.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your API specifications and the client code generated for you.
  • We retain ownership of the Service platform, generators, templates, and related IP.
  • Generated code is licensed to you under permissive terms for use in your own projects, subject to these Terms and the Subscription Terms.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your information, and our Data Processing Addendum for GDPR Art. 28 processor commitments.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APISORCERY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where non-excludable).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ApiSorcery and its personnel from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion for material breach of these Terms. Where feasible we will give notice and an opportunity to cure.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ends.
  • Unused paid credits are not refunded except as provided in the Refund Policy.
  • Sections that by their nature survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, governing law) survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms will be submitted to the competent people's court at the location of the registered office of Shanghai Keshan Technology Co., Ltd., unless a different mandatory jurisdiction applies to you as a consumer under your local law.

For purchases via Paddle.com Market Limited, disputes relating to the payment transaction may also be handled under Paddle's applicable terms.
