2. Description of Service

ApiSorcery is an API code generation service that automatically generates client code (Dart, TypeScript, ArkTS, UniApp) from Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content that violates intellectual property rights

5. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your API specifications and generated code
• ApiSorcery retains ownership of the service platform and generation algorithms
• Generated code is provided under permissive licensing for your use

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Limitation of Liability

ApiSorcery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service notifications.
