FAQ
Do credits expire?
Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. The 500 bonus credits for new users are valid for 30 days.
What happens when I exceed my credits?
You can continue generating with pay-per-use overage billing. See the Billing & Invoice Guide for details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the customer portal at any time. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. See Subscription Terms.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Monthly → annual applies immediately with proration. Annual → monthly applies at the end of the current annual period.
Which payment methods are supported?
Cards (Visa / Mastercard / Amex / Discover / JCB), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal (in supported regions), and wire transfer for annual Team plans over a minimum threshold. See the Payment FAQ.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
No — the list price is pre-tax. VAT / GST / sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing country (and US state where applicable).
Who is my invoice from?
Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Invoices are emailed automatically and downloadable from the Paddle customer portal.
